Hello, All!

In conversation with one of my students, they opened up and described to me, “I really enjoy coaching sessions. I feel It is ‘my thing.’  I can be a very good coach.  I enjoy continued learning and improving my skills.  I think this is the most important part that will help me to build my coaching business practice.”

Well, I cannot deny: in a service-based business such as ours, it is important to be a good specialist.  No doubt.  I’ve got to question, however, is having great aptitude enough?

Is it sufficient to have great cooking skills if you do not have restaurant or some kind of delivery service to succeed in business? You could have occasional clients and they might refer others to you, but will your business be sustainable? Will it become all it can potentially be?

Success is not a one ingredient dish.  It takes more that just aptitude to realize your coaching dreams and make the impact you desire.  From my observations helping hundreds of coaching practices transition into thriving business, I know without a doubt, there are at least THREE key ingredients you need in ADDITION to aptitude to prepare a “full meal” worthy of the title “my thriving business.”

Click on the video below so I can share with you what these three essential ingredients are for coaching success, bringing you one step closer to enjoying your coaching practice dreams…..

Thank you so much for listening. Have a wonderful week and we’ll see you next Tuesday, with another Headway Q&A.

Warm regards,

Alex
