For almost a month now, we've been working through a topic which is of great importance if you feel you are not really doing what you want in direction of your coaching business dreams: overwhelment.

That feeling that we ALL get when we first face a complicated task which requires lots of sequential steps in many different directions.

Overwhelment creeps in, it can be paralyzing, but, good news for us, it can be neutralized.

In steps one through three of our four-part anti-overwhelment strategy, we addressed and took on three factors which contribute to “an inability to act”:

– Unidentified Desired Destination,

– Vague understanding of you Current Position

– Lack of Specific Actionable Strategy

Today, we're taking on the last contributor: Lack of “Get it Done” Fitness.

Even if you have a map, you know where you are, are clear about your desired destination, and know the steps you must take, you still need to be fit enough to get to the destination. Lack of “get it done fitness” is why many of us are still not doing what we know we should have done long, long time ago and actually want to do.

What exactly does fitness for our coaching practice entail? Check out the video below to find out…. Getting in proper shape for our goals is oftentimes simpler than we think…

Thank you so much for listening. Have a wonderful week and we’ll see you next Tuesday, with another Headway Q&A.

Warm regards,

Alex
